1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the DVIL website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment processor. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is formed.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, natural leather is a unique material; variations in grain, texture, and colour are normal and part of the character of handmade straps.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DVIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
