Dispatch times
Every order is hand-finished and dispatched from our UK studio. We both work full time alongside running DVIL, so posting can sometimes take a little longer than a big retailer. We always get orders out as quickly as we can and email you tracking as soon as your strap is on its way.
United Kingdom

Europe
Tracked delivery from £9.95, typically 4–7 business days. Local duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.
Rest of the world
Tracked international delivery from £14.95, typically 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
Every strap ships with a fitting tool and a soft travel roll, packed in recyclable materials.
