Straightforward, as the law requires.
Your right to cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Condition
Returned straps must be unused, unfitted and in their original condition and packaging. Straps that have been worn, sized or installed on a watch cannot be returned for change of mind.
How to return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number.
- We’ll confirm the return address and reference.
- Send the item back, tracked, within 14 days.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the strap.
Return shipping
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that don’t reach us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your strap arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Bespoke & custom products
Bespoke and custom-made straps, including any strap built to your specification through our custom strap builder, are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
