Watch Straps Returns Policy:

  1. 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a return policy on all watch straps. If the strap is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  2. No Returns on Used Straps: Please note that we cannot accept returns of any watch strap that has been used. Once a strap has been worn, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect strap, please contact us immediately. We will provide a suitable replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Wristwatches Repair Warranty & Returns Policy:

  1. 2-Year International Repair Warranty: Our wristwatches are covered by a 2-year international repair warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any such issues, please contact us for a warranty claim. We will repair the watch free of charge, or if necessary, replace it.
  2. 14-Day Return & Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your wristwatch, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in unused and original condition. Returns will not be accepted for watches that have been used or altered in any way.
  3. No Returns & Refunds After 14 Days: Please be aware that we do not accept returns of wristwatches beyond the 14-day period.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, dead batteries, normal wear and tear, theft, or tampering. Also, any repairs or servicing done by third-party entities will void the warranty.
  5. Battery Replacement: We offer battery replacements at a cost of £15 for DVIL watches
  6. Shipping Costs for Repairs: For warranty repairs, customers will be responsible for shipping the watch to our service center. We will cover the return shipping costs after the repair.
